To date, I have not received the gift cards and neither shows up in the Xfinity incentive tracker. Jan 3, 2023 · When I signed up for my service, I was supposed to get a $200 prepaid visa gift card for 2 new services but I never got them, that's $400 that we never received. One of the xfinity store employees messed up when setting up our account and they put our phones on another persons account, when we finally got that situated we never got our gift cards. .
